For inland waters kayak fishing, we started out on Lake Waubesa, one of the lakes in the chain of lakes that Madison, WI. is built around. It is a somewhat urban lake. Fantastic muskie fishery. It also has several large shallow bays where the panfish, crappies and bass come to spawn in the spring.
